We did a thing…

A big thing… We relaunched, completely!

Welcome to The Women’s Shooting Network! 😍

A lot has and will change but please give us a shot, grab a cup of tea (or a glass of the good stuff) and let’s catch up…

Who we are

Formerly The Shotgun and Chelsea Bun Club, The Women’s Shooting Network is a membership-based community of like-minded women who have a passion for our sport, who love a good day out in the fresh, British countryside and who love a bloody good laugh.

We’re focused on helping women taking their first shot and women who are already top shots. We’re the home of women’s shooting, and by women, we mean all women, all ages, abilities, the lot. There is a home here for all women, and those who identify as women, so we can create a safe and welcoming place to shoot, learn and have fun.

The WSN is focused on bringing women’s shooting to the forefront of the shooting industry’s agenda, making constructive change within the sport and changing the narrative around our sport to promote the benefits and positive impact it has on those who take part.

We are a club and a platform who are here to encourage and inspire women to ‘take a shot’ at our sport, driven by building women’s confidence, being their support system and helping their learning.

Where we’ve been

The Shotgun and Chelsea Bun club was purchased by Team GB’s Georgina Roberts in 2022, with an aim to take the club to the next level, with sights set on helping improve women’s journeys within the sport and creating opportunities for women to gain more technical knowledge and ability, whilst keeping events fun and light-hearted.

Honestly, those past 18 months have not been kind, there has been lots going on both personally and professionally, which meant that the scaling of the business sadly had to take a back seat.

Now we’re back with a bang and can’t wait for the next chapter! 💥

Why we’ve changed

There’s a few reason why we’ve made the choices we have, but we want to start by saying that we’re BEYOND proud of everything that The Shotgun and Chelsea Bun Club has achieved and it’s founder, Victoria Knowles-Lacks is an absolute trail-blazer. I think I can speak behalf of most people when we say that it will ALWAYS have a place in our hearts.

That being said, we’re so ready to take the club to the next level and we didn’t feel like we could do that as The Shotgun and Chelsea Bun Club.

Whilst increasing levels of female participation within the sport will always be number one on our priority list, The Women’s Shooting Network will be focusing on helping women progress, taking their next step in their journey, as well as us in ours!

We want to make sure there’s no question about who we are and what we do, our next chapter is all about clarity, consistency, but of course keeping good old Bun Club camaraderie!

What is changing

Honestly, a lot!

We’re still a membership-based business, who hosts banging shooting events for bloody brilliant women, but we’re ramping it up a bit.

We’re launching new events, multiple new memberships and lots of new content in a variety of different forms!

However, if the last 18 months have taught us anything, it’s that we must be kind to ourselves and one another - no questions. This means we’re going to be launching all of this newness slowly, but strongly!

Dates for your diary

Here at The Women’s Shooting Network, we know what you’re all waiting for. “When can we expect the goodness?”, well, this is when it’s kicking off! ⬇️
